Online event series

Each semester, we organize a series of events on a project-related topic. The events take place every Monday in November at 4 p.m. and are held entirely online. Each event consists of a specialist lecture followed by an open discussion.

Photography – Power, Violence, War

In the fifth series of events in the project #LastSeen. Images of Nazi Deportations, we broaden our focus to include images outside the context of the Holocaust. We are interested in the themes of power, violence, and war, and the extent to which they influence photography and photographs. Each event is dedicated to a different topic. The speakers will give us an insight into their research, followed by a discussion. We look forward to your participation.
